Service Description

Starts at 11am (Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session Mainly coached on the flat! 3 pedal positions: Start position, inside pedal up for corners, pedals level when not pedalling. Foot position: Ball of foot, toes straight, covering the whole of the pedal. Starting and stopping safely – Correct use of pedals and brakes. Cornering on the flat – Pedal position, turning head, leaning bike. Introduction to riding the BMX track – seated first then standing. Riding standing up – First on the flat then on the track. Riding in a group on the flat.
